Hi Im wanting opinions on what to put in a tiny 12"x12"x12 tank.
I have had much larger tanks in the past but I dont have the space for anything bigger at the moe.
Its well filtered through a home-made, wet-dry hydroponic biofilter with about 64 cubic inches of media (smashed terracotta pot) with a medium sized peace lily growing in it.
THe system has been cycling for a couple of weeks with the plant showing good growth already and theres a thriving population of dahnia that must have come in with the java moss.
anywho here are my choices-
1 small black moor (to be released into friends large pond when it gets too big)
1 paradise fish
a few danios or whiteclouds or guppys
1 freshwater crayfish and/or some freshwater shrimp
Iv owned all off the above in the past with success. I'd perfer a black moor but I feel the tank is too small and it would be cruel to keep it on its own.
Id appreciate your thoughts, cheers
