It looks like it has leukemia, judging by the green mucus around the face. Make sure you get a leuk test by the vet, and if he's positive he has to be a house cat so he won't spread a terribly painful disease...

but I'm treating him for that, and a cold..

I have seen how horrible feline luekemia is, especially when they die from it.

Spork! Goota name him Spork. i always wanted a cat named Spork.

Mine are named Sweetpea, Loke, Blackie, and Midnight. The last two are my parents but I grew up with them so I still consider them mine too.

I'm not keeping him... but I'll get him a name tag, his new owner can name him whatever they want... this cat is soooo weird... it loves having it's 'armpits' scratched lol
