New Little Rescue =)

If you can't afford to take care of Val, with all the shots and tests, I found this website...
http://thecatcornerinc.rescuegroups.org/

It is a no-kill cat rescue society that takes in kittens and cats...All the tests for Felk/Fiv can be pretty expensive and rabies shots ...and not to mention the meds that might need to be given for any unseen ailments...hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms, and so on...so if you feel you can't affordably take care of Val...you can take (her I suppose by the name change to Val) to this place that I cut and pasted for ya...too bad you can't keep her...very adorable kitten...A place here in Minnesota is in the process of rescuing over 200 stray cats and kittens where the owners say they don't own the strays...I wish you all the best of luck and hope you find her (hope it is a her) a good home....and the shelter will spay her also....that can be really expensive also...but good luck anyway, and keep us posted on her progress...:)

I love the Cat Corner, it about 5 blocks away from me.
but they are sooo full of cats its crazy, I went in there(they take good care of them) and there aren't enough cages, so they have cats running around everywhere.

this isn't a big place, about the size of a smallish house.. look at all the babies for adoption already! :(

thanks mee mee! :)
I always manage to pay for the babies, plus I can get him a vet check up,wormed and possibly shots for free(I know a lady who works at a vet clinic ;) ).
if I cant get shots for free, I can get all the shots I need(from S.N.I.P(a peta thing) for $90... thats 9 hours of work but its worth it.
and also I can get him fixed for $25-$30 from S.N.I.P.

BTW, Valentino is a 'him' :o :D

well if the two ladies that wanted him after his vet trip dont take him, I will look into the cat corner.

sounds like things are starting to turn around for young val.

well the baby has a home with my cousin, we're going to petsmart with $100 saturday to get everything he needs(and everything else he doesn't... lucky cat )
she named him Kilo Valentino :grinyes:

he's going to the vet tuesday.. just to make sure nothing is wrong ;)

You named him Valentino and not Ruben? Shame on you! He'll get made fun of by the other cats! :grinyes:
