New Tank - Coming up. Need advice on accessories

One of my friend who is is in a fabrication workshop has offered to get me a bigger tank. It's 100cm across, 60cm from top to bottom and 40cm from front to back. I plan to have 2 Oscar and 2 Shark in this.

Can someone please advice what accessories I need to have in this tank like heater, filter, stones and plants, and stand. All these I have to make or get it built up.

Also can 2 Oscars live with Sharks?

IMHO that tank is not even suitable for one oscar in the long run, let alone two with tankmates.

Oscars should be given a four foot tank with enough room to turn around. A 16" depth is cutting it close...

@Jpappy789 can you please explain what do you mean by "A 16" depth is cutting it close". It's the usual size i saw on the net.

It's possible for an adult oscar to get to the 16" mark (standard length) which would barely give it enough room to turn around.

An Oscar can max out at 40cm. Your tank is not really big enough for even just 1 adult oscar,
