new tank question, please help

hello
i have a 69 gallon fish tank. i filled up and added the cycle product and let sit for 2 weeks. i then added 6 fish: 2 gouramis yellow, 2 red rainbows and 2 dinnensoni barbs. they have been in there for a week now. ive been testing my water and find no amonia and about 0.3 of nitrite. is that good? when should i do a water change? when do i know my tank has cycled? when can i add more fish? thanks for your help. ill take any advice on how to continue in a positive way

well i'm no expert but as far as i know your tank should be cycled by now....you want your ammonia and nitrites as low as possible and yours sounds pretty good. as for water changes, i have heard that its really up to you...i do about 25% a week. I did hear somewhere that the more frequent the water changes, the faster juvenile fish grow. i have no idea if thats true or not
