so in the last month how many people here have setup a tank? new or otherwise?..i think its funny how many times i say oh no i am not getting another tank going right now...ill be content and the next thing you know i am carrying another tank through the door...planning on how i am going to set it all up!

I'm always in the process of setting up/tearing down breeder tanks - I also have a 26g show tank and a 35g acrylic i'm about to set up for who knows what - i've got ten tanks going at the moment, from 5g to 90g - and a 5g betta tank at work - I have had up to 20+ tanks going at once before...hehe...it never ends...it keeps me out of/in trouble.....

Always, seems sad to say so, but when I've been planning, and now working on setting up, a 75 gallon tank for 5+ years....
I have a couple more ideas I want to do after I finish this one. :dive:

I would love to be setting up a new tank...but I haven't figured out the ways and means yet. I'm hoping Santa will plunk down a 110 or 120 gallonish tank in my family room. With a stand, filter and lights would be nice too. I can take it from there.

I'm slowly but surely working on/breaking down my wife for a small reef tank in the living room...its only a matter of time..she can't say no...MUHAHAHA!

I wish I had. My fishkeeping is still small scale. A big tank to me is 50 gallons. And it's sitting empty on the diningroom floor. It's been sitting there since April. :(

Over time, I've heard so many good things about Eheim. So I ordered the Pro II 2028 from Big Al's (on sale $179 + shipping). Today I ordered a replacement since the one I got today has a nice crack all the down one side. Insurance on mail orders is nice..

I'm not quite on Topic (new tanks!), but the new filter hopefully is a nice "upgrade"...

sorry to hear about your crack joe! it always stinks when that happens...you get excited cause its here than you gotta wait for the new one!

yeah, i had to wheel and deal with my honey over my tanks ..currently am running ..a 2 gal,2 30 gal, a 1gal,a 20 long and two tens! so i guess i am at seven..i dont think he will let me slide another one up any where right now but i am always trying!

and i hope santa drops me one oh say about 300 gal...reef ready...right under the tree! ..thats my next adventure..tried plants and cichlids and am doing really well..so am now jonesing for a saltwater ..they seem like so much more work but they also seem so rewarding! really wanted brackish for awhile but i think ill skip it for now

OMG too funny lol!! I am surprised no one else has caught that one.

I am currently running a 40g, 30g, 1g, and in the process of purchasing a 20g long, and a 55 or 75 g one, I haven't made up my mind on the 55 vs 75 because I need to see the dimensions of it and I am going to the pet store today. All in all I will have 5 tanks.
