In Decemeber 1941 the orignal movie, The Wolfman, was released. The main character, Larry Talbot was played by Lon Chaney Jr.

So I would consider any of the following names to be a decent choice:
Larry
Talbot or Mr. Talbot
Lon Chaney

The Spanish word for wolf is lobo, so El Lobo or Señor Lobo would work.

Or how about Wolfgang?

The scientific name for the wolf is Canis lupus.
