oh yes - the plants really love it.
i didn't think of it untill i red a post from one fellow aquarist - he syphons water out of the tank with a long hose, and it always waters the same part of his lawn.
he says that that watered part is about three shades of green darker than the rest of the lawn
when i clean the filters i let the watter settle down, so that i can water the plants, but collect the mud that falls to the bottom too.
it's great for house plants (it has biological fertilizers from fishe's poo, and all the micro elements from chemical fertilizers that we put in
