i have 3 nics and one seems to be going pale around his lips and above his eyes ive only had them a few months and never noticed it before so im sure its a new development
Any ideas ?

it's too soon to know whether this is a normal color pattern in development .. and if there are no other "symptoms", the fish is eating, looks otherwise healthy and swims and acts 'normally', i'd not be too concerned.
