Bloat, not eggs. If it has eggs, it would be egg bound by now. It's abnormally distended.

Did it eat some gravel and one got stuck ? Happened to one of my saltwater Angels many years ago. I wasn't sure what happened to it but found out when I did my own autopsy and found the stone stuck at the very end (you know where ):wall:
