I have been helping with the rescue and recovery efforts in one of the hardest hit areas outside Tuscaloosa Alabama for the last two days. I will NOT be sharing any pictures of the devastation or the recovery efforts of the areas I'm working, as I would not feel comfortable sharing any of them to the public. These are pictures I took as the storms rolled in, and some of the minor damage between the first and second wave of tornadoes, as well as, one of the storms containing two tornadoes i had to wait out while it passed me.

Iv been watching the storms for the a while now :( its horrible

I hope you are ok!

and every one else in the states affected by the storms.

Be safe.

As destructive as they are, they do make awesome shots.

i saw 2 on the ground and one not quite touching down. and i only saw them because i was trying to get home and avoid the storms.

Scary!!! Great pics, man. We had 4 tornadoes here in nor az (apparently az has tornadoes now, in the mountains...) about 4-8 miles from my house apart that destroyed everything. I feel your pain.

My thoughts are with the families who have lost loved ones. These storms caused so much heartache.

Good luck with your efforts to help with the aftermath.

Amazing shots of a devastating situation.
