Oceanic natural sea salt mix for brine shrimp

Does anyone know proportions for using Oceanic mix to make brine for brine shrimp?

i usually add 1 tablespoon of salt per liter. I use kosher salt or table salt though, its a lot cheaper.

I recently read a page that talked about using no salt at all and just using baking soda instead, I'm testing it out as we speak.

It worked great. I use 95% hatch rate eggs and there was noticeably more hatched, and earlier, than when I use salt. I used 1 tbsp per liter of water.
