i just noticed tonight that my male cackatoo has what looks like large white bumps around the base of his one of his pectoral fins. it covers the enter base of the fin where it attaches to the body. but it does not reach the actual fin. i have no idea what this is and how to treat it. has anyone seen anything like this before and how did you treat it. i have a Q tank so treatment won't be a problem.
