I have these things that look like transparent snails, that are very white, and look like they encased in clear gel. They stick to the aquarium walls, and looks like they never move. Even if you scratch one off, they just sink to the bottom like a leaf falling from a tree.

I seen Pond,MTS, and pretty much all the snails sold in the fish hobby. But these white things they never change in form or get bigger. I just have no clue what they are :S.

:/.... does anyone read the first post lol?

I already stated they are not snail eggs. I will try and get a photo soon.

I tried to get a picture but its to blurry and only looks like a spot. I had one on a cotton swab, and they look like a transparent clam without the bottom half. Anyone know what it is?

EDIT--

Also they cannot be snail eggs because I scooped some out and put them into a cup and they already crawling up the cup.

Also why when I post an reply it only adds onto the thread when I refresh? I am using Mozilla/Firefox.

Finally!! It has a name. Looks exactly like a ancylid snail, just doesn't have its dark shell. Where do they come from or hitchhikers as well, or maybe I got them from another seller who sold me plants.

Thanks. Seems to be a Laevapex sp..

I did read the first post and I just read it again and did not see ANYWHERE where you stated they were not snail eggs.
