OK - I've dechlorinated my water with Prime

What do you mean you never treat your water until you end it with a major water change?

Are u sure if i wait 24 hours it wont kill off my ammonia

i fill the tank up and add ammonia. i dont add prime until the tank is cycled and i do the major water change at the end.

as for how much... i would start off at a capful or two. i am note sure 100% how much you need. add some and test and go from there. thats what i do.
