Ive been looking into omega one food and i dont know which one is good.

What sort of fish do you plan on feeding?
I use the veggie flakes, super veggie flakes,color flakes and pellets. I really like their super veggie flakes, wish i could get the pellets her but the LFs only seems to sell the color pellets.
One thing i always do and recommend is presoaking the pellets.

I use the large pellets for my oscars, and feed the color and veggie flakes for my community tank. You can order any omega one flakes or pellets at www.fishstoretn.com cheaper than I can get it locally including shipping!

What I mean is, ask your LFS to special order/carry Omega One if you want it. If they can get one type of Omega One in, they can get the whole line. I work at a Pet Store, and our main distributor did not carry Omega One, (or anythings like New Life Spectrum, Ebo Jagur's, Seachem, etc.) So we got creative and contacted our live fish dist. - they have a huge dry goods warehouse. Now we can get in much more product.
Moral: ask your LFS to order something for you, more likely than not they will be able to get it in.
