OMG ! What plant is this ?

I am cycling my tank for the past two weeks when I spotted this small plant growing in my tank.

What is it ? Should I remove it or let it grow ?

I'm excited by this find, never expected it.

Do you have other live plants in you tank? If you do it is probably one of them. Most leafy plants look the same when they first sprout so it may be kind of hard to identify at this point.
I would say leave it there, it probably will not hurt anything.

I dont have any live plants in my tank which is why I am so thrilled. :joe:

I have had stuff like that in just about all the new gravel set ups I've made. Usually they are terrestrial plants and don't survive beyond a week or two.

But I usually let them grow to try to figure out what they are

:laugh: You really do have to be careful where those seeds land, I hear the stuff grown in water is pretty good :laugh:
