Well, I guess I haven't been very observant!! This afternoon I found a new Zebra Danio in the tank--apparently the boys & girls have been busy! I feel bad because I have been diligently doing my gravel vacuuming and so have obviously sucked up all his brothers & sisters  but at least this one little guy is (so far!) doing ok.

I do have a question...

Is there an easier way to tell which of the adults are males & which females instead of getting dizzy trying to see the color between their stripes as they zoom around the tank?

THANKS!! Berta

I don't think that there is an easy way to that one, or at least I have never heard of any easy way! I know that with platies they are easily sexed but I have never heard of a way to sex a danio. Good luck with that one, and I will keep up with this post b/c I have danios in a 10 gal tank and would like to know the answer to that question myself.
