Black upside down catfish / asian upside down cat fish (Mystus leucophasis.) I have had him for about 3 years and he is about 9 inches long and pretty territorial. He currently shares his aquarium with a green terror cichlid and a red tail giant gourami and he is the most agressive of the group. I don't really want to get rid of him but I suspect he has started to suck the slime coat off of my bichirs.
He spends all of his time upside down and he even eats from the surface upside down.
His temperment should be treated like a dominant cichlid and he will eat any fish small enough to fit in his mouth....as I mentioned, I wouldn't recommend housing him with bichirs.
He is a pain to get pictures of because he is the same color as my background and blends into it pretty well.
Will take $20 or obo or trade for something equally cool.
