I just saw this movie again, it's from the 70's. I forgot about how heartbreaking it is in the beginning.... tears the ol' heart out and stomps on it good!..... :sad

I saw that this movie was on last night. I remember seeing it when i was little, maybe 5 or 6? I just remember propeller blades cutting up an orca, and a dead mother whale delivering her calf on deck? I have been haunted by those images ever since. :sad
I know what ya mean lesley..... that was quite horrific.... the part I was talking about tearing me up was also the part where the pod accompanied the male as he pushed her corpse along, they got to a certain point..... seemingly said goodbye and good luck, and as the pod turned to go the other way, the male continued forward pushing her along..... ugh.... just thinking about it is getting to me... *sigh* them orca's.... *sigh*..... you wanna talk about dedication.....
