if the fish was severely stunted its back would be arched and curved or its tail would be bent and curled, it would look downright crippled. In that case, it couldnt be healed and would just suffer, so i would place it in the freezer and let it go to sleep..

well the guy wasent 100%
and one of the oscars is about 8 inches and the other is about 6
i think the bigger one has curled spine
