otos with rts?

could i add 2 otos and 2 more panda cories to my tank? tank specs in sig, i have a penguin 125. an option is to get rid of the swordtail and guppies if need be

Personally, I don't see why not. Otos stay quite small and shouldn't be much of an impact on the bioload.

yea, but i wasnt really too concerned about the bio load, more concerned with the compatibility

Well, you're certainly very close to full already (but I do tend to err to the understocked side, fwiw). Oto's certainly get along with most of those guys, unfortunately the only one I don't know about is the one in your title.

I'd go for another tank if you can afford it and stock it around the shark. Move the shark and swordtail to the new tank and top off accordingly, get the Otos and cories the same day you move the shark and swordtail out.
