Is it normal for ottos to constantly look like they're hyperventilating? Mine are always breathing so fast!

Otos can, at times get quite manic....for some reason mine get nutso when I feed the other fish their food. They must be co-dependent, as they seem to take on the excitement of the other fish. I wouldn't worry about them.
