Thanks everyone. 
That's our albino cory in the front, his name is Chili. We have three others, one male, one chubby female and one baby. They are great.
The lighting in the first pic is just from the camera, but I thought it looked pretty with the blue tint. I'm not sure what actinic lighting is, to be honest with you. However, we do have a moon light led that is really beautiful at night. Unfortunately, I don't think my camera can capture the essence of it though. I can try later.

Oh, can anyone notice the driftwood cave in the lower left corner? 
The lily is covering it. Jake pulled the lily out today to trim it and we're testing it now with some guppies in a pitcher of water to make sure it won't kill the fish after trimming the plant. More pics to come.
