Because dogs and cats need meat to be healthy, we don't in most cases.

I'm not a vegan. I'm not a 100% lacto-ovo either. But I wouldn't touch red-meat with a 10 foot poll lol

wheres the PROOF? I state again.. manufactured food does NOT substitute the fact that we need proteins from once-living flesh to survive. :wall: There is no such thing as a 'miracle plant' that can sustain us forever. soy is just another bland food that happens to be quite nutritious, and there is no substance on Earth that can be a full and complete substitute to meat. period.

No but never the less. you claim you dont eat meat because its inhumane.
FACT IS You are still killing something.

And from what i have seen in slaughter houses, the animals die in VERY humane ways.

Im sorry but i think you are wrong.
Humans do NEED meat to survive. We need animal proteins and fats.

and last time i checked you can t get animal proteins and fats from soy.

i agree with you 100% plants are not the same as animals. BUT the whole ideology of not eating meat because it involves the killing of another living thing is now entirley defunct.

besides how many insects are killed with pesticides annually in the agriculture of crops? are you going to try and tell me that insects arent animals?
