Looks good to me! Great colouring on the betta, hopefully you can get him to stay still to snap a great picture!

what a cute kid and a cute fish :)

i'm trying to get a betta to go in my empty 10gal. i can't find time to get out of town to pick one up though--the only thing anywhere near here is wal-mart, and i personally don't feel right buying their fish. maybe i'll get him someday, hehe this tank is pretty depressing though--it's very pretty except for the fact that there's nothing in it but water and decorations ;)

I think it's a good idea to get a betta no matter WHERE you pick it up. I'll definitely get flamed for saying that... But I'm sure ANY betta would be happy for you to rescue it from a life of misery in a way-too-small cup of blue liquid. What a life!

i would buy all their fish if i had a walmart
guess they are the equivalent of pets at home

imagine how good you would feel if all your fish were rescue fish :)
how many quarantine tanks would you need

seriously this fish buying is a really big deal especially without a qt tank

my son is definately getting a bigger tank and then his five gallon will be the qt tank
seems to be the only way to go

i actually posted on a thread with the most boring fish and used my empty tank as most boring absolutely definately the truth

i was offered wind up toy fish and decorative glass fish

all in good humour but i do feel for the empty tank people

thanks son is cute definately even if i do say so myself

and the tank is looking great although thanks to the platys that were
i currently have white spot but i decided to try meds this time as salt didnt work for me but am going with a half dose

only one spot too so hopefully we will escape big fish loss
