hey everyone, my question is i have a creek with small dime sized snails. i was wondering if those are o.k. to feed to my fish, they are their free for the pickin! don't go by the fish in my signature, thats dated, they are 1 Jack dempsey (not sure what sex) 2 inches
1 convict (Female) 1 inch
2 firemouths (male, female) 1 inch each
4 tiger barbs
1 chinese algae eater (6 inches)
1 red tailed shark (4 inches
1 clown loach (half inch)

You would put risk at risk for one reason parasites. But besides that they would most likely be safe as long as the water supply is poluted.

those tiger barbs are gunna be gone when the JD gets bigger..but they sound fine..rinse then really good in hot water..yea it'll kill them..but I doubt you want your fish sick anyways, or want a snail outbreak.
