Over Run With Algae Help!!!!!!!!!!!

My pond is a huge bundle of green hair algae. This stuff is like strands of string stuck all over the sides, on some rocks and even on the waterfall. the pond is quite large about 300-400 gallons or so. there is about 5 goldfish hard to :look: see them in the algae, and there is 4 koi.

pond is way too small for the fish unless the fish are still tiny. its going to be hard to clear it all out but some is beneficial. i just using those handled floor scrubbers to get them off the sides and bottom. what kind of filter do you have and any live plants?
