Overstocked? Under-cycled?

your tank isnt overstocked, but you should reconsider some of your stock.

tiger barbs are much to boisterous for glass catfish. glass catfish are the most peacful fish there is, almost to peacful for their own good. all fo the fish in your tank will easily outcomete it for food. glass catfish also NEED to be kept in groups of at least 6, with more being much better. otherwise, they may begin to waste away in your tank, not only from not getting any food, but because they dont have any of the same species.

The clown loaches will also easily outgrow your 55gal, they need something closer to a 150gal as they can grow up to a foot or longer. However, they are slow growers, so you have some time before you need to get them into a bigger tank before they stunt.

Clown loaches can get HUGE, up to 15 inches. I thought they were really cute when I saw them and when I found out how big they could get I got scared I decided yoyo loaches would be better for me. I am currently working on my 55 gallon as well.
