I have a 55 gallon tank planted with low light plants. I have two HOB Topfin 60 filters ( combined 600 gph). I currently have the following stock:

15 neon tetras
6 peppered cories
4 ottos
3 mystery snails
2 cherry barbs

I have a 25 gallon QT tank that is finishing up the fishless cycle right now that I will be able to put some of my current residents in if need be but I really want to work up to stock:

25 neon tetras
6 peppered cories
6 ottos
3 mystery snails
2 cherry barbs
2 bolivian rams

Would I be overstocked with my filtration? Any suggestions how to split stock if that is the case?

I would say you're ok.

I think it should be fine, just be sure to have a quality filter...
