Overstocked?

I have in my 55 gallon right now
3 Blood Parrots
3 Glowlights
3 Headlight Tail Lights
5 Cories
2 Balloon Mollys(both females)
2 Platy(Male and Female)
4 Guppies
1 octinlus
Is my tank overstocked? The Platy and guppies have fry but the BP's keep the population down. If it is not overstocked what could I add? What would be another good schooling fish? Could I add an upsidedown catfish?

how big are your bood parrots?

2.5 inches for the BP's

the three bp's will be enough for a fifty five eventually. i would say you are good where your at. if anything, maybe a couple more tetras or guppies to add to the school.
