Just an update if you guys even care, lol, they are doing fine (Cleatus and Mileena 
) But I think they have bit marks of little nipping going on. The Painted Tetra once in a while will nip each others tails which bugs me but whatever, they should be fine.

Another update! 
The fish are doing great. Does anyone know how long it takes for their dye to ware out because it isn't really going away.
