I got a Panda Oranda, black and white, about 2 weeks ago, within the last three days, it has lost its spots, it has turned white, except for the black on the fin and tail.. The other orandas and fantails all seem to be the same color as they were, but even the black on the fin and tail are fading fast. Any clues?? Or do Orandas change colors?

if we can assume that your water chemistry is good (ZERO ammonia and nitrite and low nitrates), that the fish are feeding well and otherwise appear healthy and vital, then yes, color change in oranda is normal.
