Found some one who will take one of the Paradise fish. how big of a tank do they need if they are the only fish, what water temp. and should I give away the more aggressive one or the the other one?

Some people will likely disagree, but you could probably keep one in a 5g. A much better choice would be a 10g.
As to which to choose, if the aggressor is bullying other fish, give that one away. If it isn't (and is really only bothering the other paradise fish) then the choice is really up to you.
