I hope I am posting this to the right forum. Are any of you familar with this product. I used it to treat a case of ich that I now have .It said it was safe for all fish!!!!!!!!!It killed my striped raphael catfish, my 2 spotted picos, and 2 clown loaches. I saved my upside down catfish.

I've used Paragon 2 before and still have some on my shelf. Most of my Tiger Barbs cannot tolerate this medication well. Paragon 2 disolves very slowly, so fish might eat it if its added to the tank before its completely disolved. It has to sit in a bucket of water and get stirred around for almost an hour or so. IMO, It's not a good medication for ich because you have to treat the water almost every other day, for 3 weeks to treate the fish and kill all the ich. Coppersafe is a great med for ich. Just one treatment of coppersafe will last for 30 days.
