I would appreciate comments relative to the policy of Petsmart with regard to matching their web site prices at their retail stores. Do they match and what evidence is required?

yes they do match their online prices, just go to their web site, find what yo are looking for, and print out the page that shows the product and the price of it.
Go to the store and get what it is that you want, and when you go to pay just give them the sheet you printed out.
I do this all the time, its a good way to save money. i got my penguin bio-wheel 350 for 26$ instead of 46$

hmmm.... I wonder if I sould edit the price on a web page before I print it next time. that could make it really cheap!!!
Oh yes, the same thought did pop into my mind for a second....but even if you don't get caught, it wouldn't be worth it. Your integrity is worth more than any savings.fballguy said:

Petsmart? Integrity? I actually got my stand free from them, since they forgot to bill it with the rest of my stuff, and I suffer from no moral guilt. Apart from the fact that I haven't used the website trick (which I will), Petsmart has recommends shoddy and inappropriate products, introduced disease into my environment at every turn, continually tricked me with plants that aren't even aquatic, and the list goes on... The more I learned here, the more I learned that when it comes to fish, Petsmart has no integrity. They don't train the employees, and their care provided is less than adequate, blah blah I don't care to keep going, and I know you're tired too...
