hi all, I have got about 300ltr marine tank, which my ph always sit on about 7.8 
is this ok or 8.2 better if so how do i get it up there,

Here's a good list of acceptable ranges. While 7.8 is low, and there are several optional fixes, take a look at the reasons for having it higher and see if they apply to your setup.
