pH Management ...

Ok, I live in an area where the tap water comes out at a pH of about 7.2

Hrm, so I know I'll be needing to adjust my pH levels but I'm wondering what the best the best way to do this is. There so many pH products out there, I'm getting really confused about what's best for the critters.

Any suggestions?

Your salt mix is buffered to give you a pH around 8.1, so you shouldn't have to add anything else.

I thoguht the same thing, but I tested and my salt mix takes me up to about 7.8 ..

Anyway, I know there are pH up and pH down products and products that automatically buffer to 8.2 ... I'm just not sure what is the best route to go.

I'm using Oceanic salt if that makes any difference.
