I love the look, its very clean and pure lookng , what ever you are doing its awsome! Have you lost any fish? again I love that its so clean! some tanks always look a bit hazy, yours sparkles !

What do you have for lights? Looks pretty bright!

I got one chunk of Lava rock in my 40, makes the tank look a wee bit diffrent. Is the sand white sand? also what are you doing to make it look so clean, Have you gone through your diatom phase? How long you run your lights? Are they the reg stock 10G tank lights? and last question what are you using for filtration??

yes it said "reef sand" on the bag

nothing out of the ordinary, usual maintenance 30% bi-weekly waterchanges

yes, when i was cycling about 9 months ago

How long you run your lights? Are they the reg stock 10G tank lights?

its an old perfecto hood, but the bulb is fairly new, but only 18w 10,000k and i run a few days a week it for about 3-4 hrs

what are you using for filtration??

previously i had one 150 gph and one 100 gph hob filters connected to a little home made overflow, along w/ a 120 gph powerhead. but last week i got a penguin 350 filter. in my opinion my old combination worked better but it was extremely noisy
