ordered 3 Virgin Red and 3 white butterfly/white pigeon..
just waiting on confirmation from Kenny:hang:
 
You could not have done any better than buying Kenny's discus.
Don't need to wish you any luck - you'll be getting some of the highest quality discus available. LOL

Based on his unblemished reputation and the many hundreds if not thousands of vocal, and happy, Kenny discus buyers, one would have to conclude that he is the premier discus source in all of the U.S.
And he imports Forrest Discus from Malaysia, some of the best quality in the world, IMO.
I buy nothing but Forrest discus.

Looking forward to seeing some pics, Ed.
 
just double checked and these are Forrest in his Jan order.

I hope to get them in early next week..

As much as I like and respect Kenny, there are several others I would put up on the same tier. Hans, Mike Beals, Florida Discus, all come to mind.

Congratulations! May I ask what size? Both strains will take a while to develop thier true colors so be patient. With the virgin red strain the males tend to be more brown while the females will show more red, and if your lucky develop a nice blue halo. This may not happen until they begin to reach maturity.​
 
I've heard about all the others..Kenny was close in proximity
they are all 3-3.5" so fairly young.

not a problem tho I have patience.. got my Altum at dime size..the largest is close to 3" body now

should be putting pictures in this weekend.

Turned out I had to adjust my order so I have 6 virgin reds.. was too late for the white pigeon
