What kinds of hitchhikers have you gotten with your plants? Did you keep them or try to get rid of them?

Snails, which was fine since I was looking for them anyway, and duckweed which I have successfully eradicated.
Excellent. I've gotten snails, scuds, leeches, colonial rotifers, duckweed, Riccia and Ricciocarpus, a number of different insect varieties (mainly hemipterans, beetles, midges, and damselflies), and fingernail clams.
Just today I noticed a banded pygmy sunfish in one of my tanks who must have hitchhiked in two months ago! That was the prompt for this thread.

I have had snails, snail eggs, Planaria, Scuds, Hydra, Duckweed, and other plants and mosses. I one day hope to get a few Dwarf Crayfish as hitchhikers.
I've had snails...they've never lived more than a day with my loaches...and I caught the duckweed once. I saw it early and treated it, and luckily I was about to cure it.

lol..you should see some of the hitch hikers in a marine tank with live rock.
some of those critters are down right scarey
but in Fw pretty much snails..pond snails , ramshorns and MTS
the ramshorns are cool
and the bigger mts are actually 'pretty' lol

I have gotten nothing good from hitchhikers 
Pond snails, which I tried squishing asap but they sometimes fall into gravel and get away. Next thing I know, I see 5 more, then I squish them all. But then the next week, I see 10 and by then, it's too late.
I wish I got shrimp or something! That'd be awesome
I have gotten duckweed too, which I gave up trying to eradicate. It's ridiculous to how fast and easy that thing multiplies >
I wish my other plants was that fast.
