Hi guys, would anyone here be kind enough to identify these plants my friend gave me. I recieved them about two weeks ago and they seem to be doing ok.

First one, I doubt its a true aquatic.
Second one is a ludwigia of some sort if I'm not mistaken.
BTW, For Future reference, you may want to research the plant before bring it home to make sure its aquatic and that you can meet its needs.

I'm not sure about either but the first might be some kind of hygro and the last one looks like bacopa astralis
I'm not sure but the first looks like giant hygro, the 2nd, maybe pennywort or cardamine. Nice of your friend to share, can't hurt to try them whatever they are.
It can hurt if the plant starts to rot-if it does, I would recommend taking out of the aquarium ASAP.
I agree the 1st one is giant hygro. The 2nd to me, looks like lysimachia nummularia. It's a marginal, and a perennial where I live. Didn't know you could grow it under water, but from a quick search of google, it seems that you can.
^^Inka is right the 2nd is lysimachia nummularia aka creeping jenny aka moneywort. Mine didnt do so well submerged, would get new growth but the bottoms would constantly rot.
