I am not directly familiar with Hygrophila araguaia, but from photos I would agree this is a likely ID.
 
Its not araguaia, araguaia stays close to the ground.....maybe its lancea which looks exactly like araguaia but grows up rather than across but even then the leaf is too brown and wide for me to say that with confidence

Personally, I think you may have hygro tiger.
 
It's Hygrophila sp. 'Bold'—'Araguaia' and lancea don't have that wavy leaf edge, and Tiger has much more prominent markings (but in all probability it's the same species as 'Bold'). It can be a quick grower under certain conditions, but nutrient deficiencies (judging from the stunting & chlorosis at the tips of your Rotala, I'll hazard you're a little short on nitrates at least, if not other things as well) will slow it down plenty.
