Planted Tank

In my home I have 140 gallon planted tank with 9 Discus fish and 10 cory fish the fishes are excellent.
I was placed in bottom of the tank ( SERA FLOREDEPOT ) and I seed were lowly between the plant ( SUPER BASE + BOOSTER ) and in every time I change the water I was add ( NUTRON FERRO VITAMIN C+ ) and I was used injection CO2 one bubble every one minute.

In the first period of old age of vegetations by excellent form.
Then the plant color change to brown color and start to die.

Any One have any An idea about this case.

What plants are you using? It could be excess phosphates.

wpg = watts per gallon. How many watts of light do you have on the tank?

CO2 injection at one bubble per minute seems way too little on a 140g tank. Do you know what the CO2 level is in the tank?
