What the secret to their success? I bought two pots of this yesterday, but I'm not sure what to do with it now... Do I bury the pot and let it grow out on it's own? Do I pull it out and plant the big clump of fiber as is? Do I try to pull the roots out of the fiber (stuff is obviously tiny)? Any tips?

Guess I have a similar question with this plant...but it's a little easier to deal with. I'll probably separate it from the fiber and plant the roots in the substrate.

with the dwarf baby tears you want to separate it from the wool that its rooted in. And using tweezers plant a small patch here and there in the foreground. This plant likes med/high light (preferably higher than 2.5wpg) and will have trouble living without co2/ferts.

The 2nd plant is a crypt and you should also break it away carefully from the wool and either plant it as one plant or divide it.
