Hi, I was wondering if its a good idea to buy plants on ebay? There is an ebay store called Aqudise that sells plants under 10 bucks with free shipping and guaranteed alive or your money back. Has anyone bought plants from them? If so, what condition were they in? Here is a link to the store http://stores.ebay.com/Aquadise-Store

I bought plants from there and while they are cheap, you get what you pay for. ;) They were very small, but healthy plants. Make sure you know what you are buying because they sell many non-aquatic plants. I've read threads about them sending the wrong plants and one of my plants was wrong, but I knew what it was, so I didn't ask them to exchange it. Overall, I'd say go for it, but just be careful what you buy.

I have bought all my plants from there. Ive had nothign but good luck. I know there is another person on here that uses them too, but i cannot remember their name.

I ordered 4 different plants from this place and everything arrived ok. He did send either the wrong plant or the picture on the selling page was wrong but I like the plant anyway so I didn't have him exchange it. Go for it.

I was going to order, but the only reason why i didnt is because he refused to send me a actual pic or a size of the plants i bidded on. All i wanted to know was the size.

Cause a small plant looks retarded in a 55gal.

How big did most of yours come in? And what did you order ect.

Got my second Batch from Aquadise in the Mail Saturday-booted for the Priority Mail (bidded Saturday before)

Happy with the assortment, loads of plants, shared with a fishie buddy.

No problems so far!

Clicky thing.

Click that link if you want another view.

Selling non-aquatic plants as aquatic is wrong. Sending Mondo grass instead of Echinodorus tenellus is totally wrong. The two look NOTHING alike.

I would suggest that if you want healthy high quality plants you check out the Swap And Shop forum at www.plantedtank.net Or even at this forum though I will admit I've never actually done so here.
