You have like 0.0000001WPG. Nothing with work in that tank. You will need to spend about $50 or so, to boost up that to at least 1.5WPG. Are you willing to do this?

at the stores by me the things are cheaper than 50 but i have a job and am willing to put as much money into it as i need
i planned on buying a new hood and light anyways but i dont know if i should go flourescent or incandescent?
they are really small and once they get bigger ill put them in a bigger tank dont wry im just concerned about the right plants for it

flourescent are better for plants growth. Incandescents are not efficient light sources and they throw off a lot of heat. Try to get a light fixture rated for at least 30 watts.
