J jlink17 AC Members Mar 15, 2009 424 0 0 Nov 12, 2009 #5 Platy fry usually start to show color fairly soon. You should start to see color on them very soon. It also depends on the nutrition they receive as to how fast they grow and color up. Good Luck!
