please help with planting my 60 gal

OK i just got new substrate in yesterday, because the last gravel that came with the tank was falling apart (flacking). any way i got about 2 1/2" of black sand in it now and want to know what how many and where to place some nice plants lighting is going to be a ahsupply 96 watt. + 30 watt from standard hood light total of 124 watts. here is a pic of the tank. any help would be appreciated.

ditch the bubble wand. ditch the pink thing. its really hard to design a take for someone. each person has their own likes and dislikes. maybe this site will help you out.

Cryptocoryne walkeri Compact Hygro Anacharis Moneywort ok well these are some of the plants i like would any of these be hard to grow, well also i guess i need to find out where i can get them lol. any way i just really want some nice tall plants in the back and then shorter on the sides middle and front maybe some moss or something. this is harder than it looks hmmmm
