Pleco floating belly up at surface!!

now I have a pleco in my angels tank going belly up floating at the surface upside down or when sticks to the glass starts sliding up! belly is a little bloated & I see white poop so I suspect another parasite (not sure how this time cuz angels are quite healthy & other pleco also which overtook this pleco in size in just 2mos.)

I am looking to use prazi-pro but if it's dropsy what should I do?

20 gal 3 large angels, 1 baby koi angel, 1 med/lg pleco, 1 lg albino cory & the 1 med sick pleco.

pH 6.2 (will try to get it higher)
AM = .125
NI = 0
NA = 10
temp = 80

what do you feed the pleco usually? I know it's a dumb question but it will help rule out bloating from eating vs internal parasite...

isnt that an amazingly over stocked tank? or am i missing something somewhere? plus having an ammonia spike, are you not fully cycled yet?

I think it's about right stock.

but is 0.125 a spike?

been cycled yes. but I think when I changed filters but kept the bio-media that maybe that caused my ammonia reading. but now I have it down to zero.
